Literal Reflections
So what happens when you peek into a mirror?  You see what the mirror sees -- a literal reflection of your outside self.  It is the easiest reflection to see, but sometimes also the most misleading.  Beauty outside does not always reflect beauty inside, and vice versa.

And then once in a while, beauty is everywhere.

These are some of the literal reflections I see... in the bathroom mirror, in my dreams and whimsies, in my everyday world.
(pictures might take a while to load... sorry, modem-ers :(  )

Variations of Me : me and the multiple personalities that share this earthly body ;)

Friends & Etc : friends, family, and psychos I met over the Internet

San Diego : my everyday surroundings, and scenes from around town

Beauty : just stuff that's beautiful and doesn't fit anywhere else

Variations of Me

She-Ra, Princess of Power Who I wanted to be when I grew up.  Hell, I still wouldn't mind waking up with a buff bod and kicking everyone's ass. ;)
Me: One of the most recent & scanned picture I have of myself, sadly enough (the other one is below in the Friends section)... it's one of my senior portraits taken for the high school yearbook, August 1996... except for maybe the hair, I haven't really changed much.
Seraphim:  An Immortal on "The Final Sacrifice," a MUD (Multi-User Dungeon... consider it a text-based game).  She's the only character I ever really play anymore, and even then I'm usually more "out of character" than "in".  Seraphim is beginning to disappear as I don't have as much time/interest in MUDding anymore... poor Sera. :(
?
Sedaris/`ravenwolfe:  An op on the IRC channel #triviahut.  No roleplay, so `ravenwolfe (I retired Sedaris when #triv moved to #triviahut Feb 2000) isn't really a character... more like a pseudonym. :P

Friends & Etc

Jason: Hmm. This is a trick question, isn't it? ;P

Guy I supposedly met at a bookstore (or so he claims... weird story) and am currently exploring the weirdness of "dating" with. Ask him about the bookstore... hehe.

Roy: Friend I met through the personal ads in Sept 1999.

I hoarfed this pic off of Roy's website (shh, don't tell him!).  He's skinny, but he's got plenty of muscle (as you can see from the pic... hehe).  Taken during his trek through Europe, June 1999.  He visited 7 countries in 3 weeks.  Lucky bastich.

"Neils":  Guy from the Internet that I've known for the longest time (since Feb 1996).  Haven't met in person yet, though I keep trying to get his wussy ass to meet me.

Wonder if the photographer really intended to focus on that butt in the background.  Hrm.  Anyways, Neils is at Ohio State Univ., which means he's a huge college football nut.  Plus he's in the marching band.  Plus he took Italian for a foreign language.  Tell him how much of a freak he is. :P

Andy (and me): Ex-boyfriend.  At one time we held hands and made googly eyes at each other.  Now we just quibble like siblings.  My, how things change.

Our prom pic, taken May 1997.  *cringe*  I didn't realize he had actually scanned it in.  I'm actually not very proud of this picture, I think I look like a geek in it, but Andy likes it. *shrug*  Tell him to smile more!

Henry: Andy's ex-roommate, and a guy I've long since given up trying to argue anything with (especially not his "Selfish Theory"... ugh).

Okay, so it's really a devastatingly dashing picture of the latest portrayal of James Bond by Pierce Brosnan.  But until I get a scanned pic from Henry, this is what the world'll have to see him as.  Besides, certain aspects of Bond do parallel Henry's.  Ask him, he might even agree.
